Georgeane Tacelli Coleman has been teaching yoga to adults and children for ten years in studios, gyms, schools and women's retreats.  She is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level and is certified through both YogaFit Training Systems and YogaWorks. 

Georgeane's teaching style combines elements of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Aunsara yoga.  Georgeane teaches vinyasa (flow) yoga, Hatha and restorative yoga classes and encourages students to honor their bodies as they explore and discover deeper awareness of mind, body and breath. 

She brings an enthusiastic spirit to her classes, providing intelligent sequencing and skillful instruction.  An avid believer that yoga is for everyone, Georgeane meets the needs of varying levels of practitioner by incorporating challenging variations as well as less intense modifications to yoga poses.  So, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, young or old, stressed-out or blissed-out, you're sure to get a good yoga experience here.  Aside from its many physical benefits, Georgeane believes that yoga is a powerful medium for personal growth and self-discovery and considers it "the great regulator." 

Georgeane holds a BS in Communications from Suffolk University.  In 2007, she became certified in Focusing, a body-oriented process that teaches self-awareness and emotional healing.  She also completed an intensive training led by Brigham and Women's Hospital and Reebok for breast cancer survivors and taught fitness classes to breast cancer survivors through its first-ever pilot program.  She now teaches yoga regularly to cancer survivors. 

Georgeane is available for private and semi-private sessions by appointment and often works with clients who are looking to strengthen their practice as well as those interested in releasing anxiety and reducing stress.
