The cost for a yoga class at Cervizzi's Martial Arts Academy is $13.00 as a drop-in. Save big and pay just $9.00 per class when you purchase a ten-class punch card for $90.00.

Private yoga sessions available by appointment.

Gentle Yoga
While this class is suitable for all levels of practitioner, this class is recommended for those persons that are new to yoga. This 90 minute class explores the fundamentals of breath control and physical postures and is rejuvenating and restorative.  

Hatha Yoga  Level I
This yoga class explores the fundamentals of body and breath awareness and is based on the Iyengar tradition of yoga, emphasizing body alignment, the use of props and an understanding of the body, breath and mind.  This class provides clear instructions and modifications, making it suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner. 

Hatha Yoga Level II
This yoga class is intermediate based and explores the deeper physical aspects of Iyengar yoga as well as a heightened sense of awareness and breath control.  This class may include learning or practices from other traditions such as Ashtanga, Kundalini and Anusara yoga.  This class helps to strengthen, stretch and center the mind and body. 

Power Yoga

This 60 minute class features a more rigorous sequence of poses and is geared toward those who are familiar with yoga postures and seek to increase their physical practice. This class focuses on energy flow and may be physically challenging.   

Guided Imagery
This meditative class will calm the mind and body through verbally guided imagery set to soothing background sound.  This class is healing and restorative and helps to enhance mental awareness and reduce stress.     

Express Core    
This class works the body's entire core center by stretching and strengthening muscles in the abdomen and lower back.  Tone and define your mid-section with core body stabilizing exercises that improve the range of motion in your spine and perfect your posture.
