Restorative Yoga
This yoga class is suitable for all levels of practitioner and is recommended for those new to yoga.  This class explores physical postures and stretches with support from props. This class is slower focused and can be uplifting and rejuvenating.  

Hatha Yoga 
This yoga class explores the fundamentals of body and breath and is based on the Iyengar tradition of yoga, emphasizing body alignment, the use of props and understanding the body, breath and mind.  This class provides clear instructions and modifications, making it suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner.

Vinyasa Yoga
This class features a continual sequence of poses with an emphasis on the deeper physical aspects of asana as well as a heightened sense of breath control. This class can be physically challenging and is geared to those more familiar with yoga postures and the sun salutations.
