Rockin Yoga
This class puts a new spin on an old practice!  Set to a variety of contemporary rock music, this class offers classical and creatively-adapted sun salutations as well seated and standing postures, twists, inversions and more.  In this class breath and movement are linked through a series of intelligent and well-rounded sequencing.  This is a solid intermediate-level class that will call upon strength and stamina.  

Yoga Mix With Survivors By The Sea
This is a well-rounded Hatha-based yoga class that incorporates held poses, core strength, flexibility, balance and concentration.  With emphasis given to the principles of Anusara yoga (Anusara meaning "flowing with grace"), this class encourages freedom of movement and honor of one's own internal wisdom.  Personal variations and modifications are also incorporated.  This class typically features a long savasana or relaxation period and often includes guided imagery.  


Restorative Yoga
This yoga class is suitable for all levels of practitioner and is recommended for those new to yoga.  This class explores physical postures and stretches with support from props. This class is slower focused and can be uplifting and rejuvenating.  

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class features a continual sequence of poses with an emphasis on the deeper physical aspects of asana as well as a heightened sense of breath control. This class can be physically challenging and is geared to those more familiar with yoga postures and the sun salutations.

Yoga Stretch
This half-hour class is a great compliment to the step and weight training classes that precede it.  This class features deep breathing with deep stretches that focus on letting go of tension while accessing deep tissue.  Classes incorporate front, back and side body opening as well as some spinal twists designed to bring a sense of balance and peace to participants.
