What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a process of relaxing the body so that the imagination may be free and the unconscious may experience suggested thoughts and images easily.  It is a means of communication between the conscious and unconscious mind through a heightened state of awareness.  Much like guided meditation, the hypnotherapist uses calm and rhythmic language while having a  conversation with the unconscious mind.  The unconscious mind is then able to sort things out in a positive way.  It is important to note that the subject is always in control and can only be hypnotized if he/she wants to be.  

The practice of Hypnotherapy is rapidly emerging as an effective science in helping people to change a behavior, habit or phobia.  Are you ready to free yourself from a negative, subconscious block that is holding you back?  Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective therapeutic method of helping to create lasting change, no matter what you are facing.
